Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist clients in understanding investment products, services, and strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Sales Support:
- Assist senior sales team members in prospecting and identifying potential clients
- Participate in client meeting& presentations as needed
- Prepare and deliver presentations on investment products and services.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare and process client documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support sales initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and campaigns.
