Refund Conditions
- Request Timing
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of signing the agreement for our forex consulting services. Any requests made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
- Method of Request
Refund requests will only be entertained via email. Verbal requests, including those made in person or over the phone, will not be considered.

Refund requests made after the initial 48-hour period will be considered at the sole discretion of MyForexAdda. These requests will be evaluated based on the circumstances provided and the nature of the services rendered up to that point.
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will:
- Review your request and any supporting information provided.
- Notify you via email of the status of your refund request within 7 business days.
- If approved, process the refund within 14 business days of the approval notification.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services and fees may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
- Any services that have already been fully rendered
- Fees associated with third-party services or products
- Administrative fees
