Randstad, the largest employment agency globally, announced on Tuesday that its quarterly profit exceeded expectations slightly, as trading conditions improved in several markets despite ongoing economic challenges. The company’s third-quarter earnings before interest, taxes, and amortization (EBITA), excluding one-off items, reached 196 million euros ($212 million), surpassing the analysts’ average estimate of 192 million euros.
